• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made using another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account are not accepted.
• Save your Transaction ID (TrxID) after every deposit.
• If a deposit is delayed due to an incorrect TrxID, please contact support.
• Naga888 reserves the right to hold any suspicious deposit.

Your own deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time with no additional conditions. However, the following terms apply to winnings derived from bonuses.

• A one-time KYC verification (copy of national ID) is required for withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 300.
• Maximum daily withdrawal for standard members: BDT 1,00,000.
• VIP members have separate, higher withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
